UML

UML - or Unified Modelling Language - has evolved into an industry standard for visual modelling. It defines a common, extensible and platform-independent modelling language for visualizing, specifying, constructing and documenting software-intensive systems. As such, its ads to handling the complexity of those systems better, incorporating know-how of numerous prominent software methodologists.
Cronos has adopted UML for communicating concepts, designs and ideas among all its project team members during the various phases of software construction:
- business modelling
- requirements analysis
- system design and architecture
- development
- deployment
- quality assurance
UML helps Cronos teams to more efficiently analyse, understand and communicate their customer's business needs, manage the system development process better and provide well-defined, understandable and flexible software solutions to address those needs.
