What does Q*For stand for ?
Q*For is a European label of quality that is only awarded to companies that achieve a customer satisfaction of at least 80% . After an extensive audit, Cronos was awarded the Q*For label of quality for its consulting activities (ref# 2003AI01186).

What does the Q*For label mean for our customers?
All small and medium companies (SME's) with an operational seat in Flanders benefit from our Q*For-certificate and pay only 50% for our services.( * )
Advice Cheques : 100 % consulting for 50 % of the price
Thanks to our Q*For-certification all our services are payable with advice cheques meaning you pay 50% and the Flemish government pays the other 50%. Here's a high-level overview of how it works:
- STEP 1 : you sign a contract with Cronos for one of our CRM consulting services
- STEP 2 : within 14 days you make an on-line reservation for your advice cheques www.vlaanderen.be/adviescheques (max. 24 600 € per year)
- STEP 3 : once you received a confirmation, we can start the project
- STEP 4 : when you receive our invoice, you can actually buy your cheques, and pay the Flemish government half of this amount
- STEP 5 : you can use your cheques to pay Cronos nv
As you can see : the government did come up with a system that requires a limited administrative effort !
